Remembering that wonderful day that Sandra and I had with Vanessa last year. We had the best fish and chips i have ever tasted. It was followed by a lovely walk along the beach then tea and the most amazing cake back at the house. 
Vanessa gave me some rhubarb from the garden and it has been growing away in my own garden since then. I had my first harvest this year and made a crumble - it was delicious! I have a little corner of Vanessa’s North Berwick at the back of my garden and it will always make me remember her fondly.
